Welcome to Artr (“Platform”). This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for selling original and fan-made merchandise on our platform. By listing your products, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
Sellers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent and be able to use Stripe in transactions.
Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
The sale of prohibited, infringing, or illegal merchandise is strictly forbidden.
Allowed: Original merchandise, fan-made creations inspired by fandoms, and original characters created by the seller.
Allowed (with restrictions): Fan-made merchandise inspired by games, anime, novels, and other franchises that adhere to transformative and original design principles.
Prohibited: Direct reproductions of copyrighted characters, logos, official artwork, screenshots, promotional materials, or any content that violates intellectual property laws.
Sellers must follow any official fan merchandise policies issued by rights holders.
Sellers must have the legal rights to sell their merchandise.
Fan-made merchandise must be original and transformative, meaning it should provide unique artistic expression rather than replicate official designs.
A limited sales cap may apply to certain fan-made merchandise to align with industry standards.
The Platform follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will process takedown requests from rights holders. Re-uploading and selling the same merchandise that has received DMCA takedown requests may result in removal or account termination.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, including price, materials, and images.
Misleading, deceptive, or false information is not permitted.
The Platform reserves the right to review, approve, or reject listings at its discretion.
We offer transparent pricing and fees.
There is no fee to list on Artr. Artr will retain 6.5% of the transaction amount as platform fee only once an order has been placed.
Stripe retains 2.9% of the transaction amount plus 0.30 USD cents flat, not accounting for international fees and currency exchange.
Payments to sellers will be processed via Stripe within 30 days, but typically around 7-14 days.
The Platform is not responsible for chargebacks or disputes between buyers and sellers and with the shipping companies.
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and provide tracking information if applicable.
Refunds, exchanges, and customer complaints must be handled professionally and in compliance with the Platform’s policies and requested through Stripe.
Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violating policies.
Sellers may request account termination, but outstanding obligations must be settled first.
The Platform is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Sellers will be notified of any changes and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

By listing products on Artr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Seller Agreement.
